Excellent customer service
Came in for a routine service for my 2025 Mazda. I had an appointment and they greeted me as soon as I drove up and checked me in. Told me about what they were going to perform and how much it would be (ended up being $10 less than what they quoted which is always a pleasant surprise). The waiting room was comfortable and they had home on my way in no time. I know a lot of people are hesitant to go to the dealership for service but this was my first time and honestly it was a great experience.
Luis was great and everyone I ran across was very friendly. Nice interactions go a long way in my world. Thank you! I did ask for the courtesy car wash but that got overlooked or perhaps not enough available help that day. Not a problem for me.

The team was very efficient in checking out my Mazda. Unfortunately I will not be able to have the repairs made. The vehicle has a value of $3500 and the repair estimate was $5100. It is a 2014 Mazda CX5 that I purchased from you new in 2014. It has been a real reliable car and went 195,000 miles with no major problems
There was a recall on a part, they got my car fixed and back on the road.
The Service department had my back more then Mazdas. Even though I bought my 2016 Mazda 100 miles away, from a ford dealer. They took care of a major problem. Thanks Jeffrey S
Santa Maria Mazda Nissan made it very easy to schedule and book my oil change and tire rotation. And I liked the fact that they send you a video showing you the procedures that they went through. I would recommend Santa Maria Mazda service center.

It was easy to make an appointment and I was impressed with how the service process went. I was quickly checked in and the technician took my car in right away. The issue was diagnosed and fixed. Brought my mazdaspeed3 in because the blower motor went out.. It took about 2 weeks but was finally resolved for which I'm thankful for. Unfortunately my backup camera that I installed now doesn't work..

Easily scheduled an appointment by calling the dealership. There was good communication and I received updates about the service/problem with my vehicle. Everyone was nice and friendly and I appreciated that packages/extra services were not pushed on me because I didn’t need anything other than my check engine light to be fixed

Great, no pressure and laid back dealership! Extremely transparent with their pricing, no surprises or crazy fees. Shoutout to Pablo, who is a great salesperson and managed to get me a limited edition MX-5. Extremely easy to work with and easy to get ahold of. Financing process was easy, finance manager was very transparent, took his time explaining all the numbers making sure all is clear and there are no questions. There was also no pressure whatsoever in terms of add-ons etc.
Can’t say enough good things about Santa Maria Mazda, especially Luis who was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. We came in for an oil change and to diagnose a mysterious noise coming from the rear during braking. After completing the oil change, all-systems check and a tire rotation, the mysterious noise was gone! The cost was very reasonable. Despite living an hour away, we will be sure to bring our cars to Santa Maria Mazda in future.
Great experience having my car serviced at Santa Maria Mazda. They showed me with a video everything that needed to be done and provided a written copy as well. I was able to get an appt quickly and the service took exactly as long as they said it would. They also had a free shuttle to take us and pick us up from a local cafe where we wanted to wait while the car was serviced. Top notch service! Highly recommend.

Went in to Santa Maria Mazda for a valve cover gasket and the service team was on point like always . They gave me a great price on parts and labor and I was out of there pretty fast . Check in and Customer service representative were professional and nice. The only reason this is not a five star review is because my car was not shifting properly and I thought it would’ve been test driven for a diagnosis as well as scanned. The mileage in and the mileage out were exactly the same, which means no one test drove it.

Easy to schedule & clear communications. Really appreciated getting a video with thorough description of the condition of my vehicle after the service. They took care of two recall items while I was there too and saved me a lot of time. Regular maintenance service was quick and allowed for me to stay in the area and wait.
I took our new CX-5 in to get the ceramic coating and the trailer hitch installed (two separate instances). Each time they provided a loaner for me to use in town. I live an hour away but still needed to go to meetings in Santa Maria so this was a great help.
The icing on the cake was a text message letting me know it was ready for pickup once that trailer hitch was completed and a video presenting our car with the new addition installed.

Santa Maria Mazda made the car purchasing a breeze. Billy was a great salesman without the typical car sales tactics. He answered my questions - didn't push me into product I didn't need. I did the preapproval online and paperwork was complete in 30 minutes upon arrival. He also spent a significant amount of time after purchase showing me how to utilize car features. I would highly recommend this team and dealership.
This dealership and all of the people working there are absolutely the best! We are currently traveling all over the country in our SUV and we woke up to a dead battery at our campsite. We scheduled an appointment with Santa Maria Nissan/Mazda and made our way to the dealership to see what the problem was. They took us in immediately and has us on our way quickly. We highly recommend this dealership for all of your car service/car purchasing needs!

impeccable service clean meat friendly so fast I couldn't believe they were done with this my service as fast as they were they installed the rear windshield wiper and they did it in 10 minutes. this was a fabulous experience highly recommend !

Was a simple recall fix for my car but staff was flexible (I arrived early and they started working my car early), very courteous and helpful and would recommend them. They even provided a quick video at the end of the service showing that they checked my vehicle throughout and topped off my fluids!
Well ..Coles SLO always washed my previous Mazda after a service. AND the service manager delivered the car and asked if I had any questions about my new purchase.
The service was great but your lobby choice of tv (Fox News) was too much. Recommend a more neutral channel that serves all guests
