The only place to go for a Mazda. I got my grandpa into a cx5 in 2017 and he keeps going back, and I’ve purchased with them twice. The best service, and Javier is the guy to see! Great, no pressure and laid back dealership! Extremely transparent with their pricing, no surprises or crazy fees. Shoutout to Pablo, who is a great salesperson and managed to get me a limited edition MX-5. Extremely easy to work with and easy to get ahold of. Financing process was easy, finance manager was very transparent, took his time explaining all the numbers making sure all is clear and there are no questions. There was also no pressure whatsoever in terms of add-ons etc.
Can’t say enough good things about Santa Maria Mazda, especially Luis who was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. We came in for an oil change and to diagnose a mysterious noise coming from the rear during braking. After completing the oil change, all-systems check and a tire rotation, the mysterious noise was gone! The cost was very reasonable. Despite living an hour away, we will be sure to bring our cars to Santa Maria Mazda in future.
Great experience having my car serviced at Santa Maria Mazda. They showed me with a video everything that needed to be done and provided a written copy as well. I was able to get an appt quickly and the service took exactly as long as they said it would. They also had a free shuttle to take us and pick us up from a local cafe where we wanted to wait while the car was serviced. Top notch service! Highly recommend.

Went in to Santa Maria Mazda for a valve cover gasket and the service team was on point like always . They gave me a great price on parts and labor and I was out of there pretty fast . Been a Mazda owner for about 8 years now and every time I need work done , I suggest you go and check out Santa Maria Mazda . They have plenty of new and used cars and all sorts of models if you are looking for a new car . Great job Mazda technicians and thank you.
Check in and Customer service representative were professional and nice. The only reason this is not a five star review is because my car was not shifting properly and I thought it would’ve been test driven for a diagnosis as well as scanned. The mileage in and the mileage out were exactly the same, which means no one test drove it.

Brought my car in for an engine light check. Was immediately approached and signed into my appointment. They saw my car within the hour. I appreciated the video update. Overall great first experience!
Easy to schedule & clear communications. Really appreciated getting a video with thorough description of the condition of my vehicle after the service. They took care of two recall items while I was there too and saved me a lot of time. Regular maintenance service was quick and allowed for me to stay in the area and wait.
I took our new CX-5 in to get the ceramic coating and the trailer hitch installed (two separate instances). Each time they provided a loaner for me to use in town. I live an hour away but still needed to go to meetings in Santa Maria so this was a great help.
The icing on the cake was a text message letting me know it was ready for pickup once that trailer hitch was completed and a video presenting our car with the new addition installed.

Santa Maria Mazda made the car purchasing a breeze. Billy was a great salesman without the typical car sales tactics. He answered my questions - didn't push me into product I didn't need. I did the preapproval online and paperwork was complete in 30 minutes upon arrival. He also spent a significant amount of time after purchase showing me how to utilize car features. I would highly recommend this team and dealership.
This dealership and all of the people working there are absolutely the best! We are currently traveling all over the country in our SUV and we woke up to a dead battery at our campsite. We scheduled an appointment with Santa Maria Nissan/Mazda and made our way to the dealership to see what the problem was. They took us in immediately and has us on our way quickly. We highly recommend this dealership for all of your car service/car purchasing needs!

impeccable service clean meat friendly so fast I couldn't believe they were done with this my service as fast as they were they installed the rear windshield wiper and they did it in 10 minutes. this was a fabulous experience highly recommend !

Was a simple recall fix for my car but staff was flexible (I arrived early and they started working my car early), very courteous and helpful and would recommend them. They even provided a quick video at the end of the service showing that they checked my vehicle throughout and topped off my fluids!
Well ..Coles SLO always washed my previous Mazda after a service. AND the service manager delivered the car and asked if I had any questions about my new purchase.
The service was great but your lobby choice of tv (Fox News) was too much. Recommend a more neutral channel that serves all guests

Michael at Mazda recorded a video of the work he did AND I was loaned a car while Michael worked on my vehicle. Pablo who sold me the car is amazing. He went above and beyond for me. It takes alot to impress me. Mazda of Santa Maria definitely did. I’ve had a great experience As long as I get my loaner car while they work on my vehicle and I get a video summary. I will continue to go back. 10/10 recommend.

It went well. - The video did not work. I did not Decline a Maintenance Requirement, Spark Plugs, I am post poning it cause of the Costs. 280$ on top of my already over 400$ is alot. I even informed this to the guy checking me in. If they ssid in the video it is highly needed then I would have found a way to pay for it now. But video did not work.

Just moved to Cali and bought a used 2015 Mazda that mostly seemed to be a reliable purchase however, owner said it sat a few years so we knew there was dry rotting rubber parts etc. Typically I don’t take my car to the dealership service center as the prices tend to be way more expensive but I was on a time crunch and wanted things done right so I didn’t have to worry on the road.

Software recall & reset taken care of efficently. Oddly though, they did not wash the car after service, because they said 'Mazda. owners do not loke their cars to be washed' which is bs. They washed the car!
I have nothing but great things to say about Mazda of Santa Maria. Paul and Pablo in sales were excellent and went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle as well as answer questions and provide assistance for service appointments, etc. The Mazda service department is top-notch. Their service advisors are extremely polite and courteous. Can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience there and would highly recommend them for anyone interested in a Mazda.

I had a very positive experience with Santa Maria Mazda. I love how they took a video of my car and sent it to me by text.The service reps are very friendly and upfront about pricing.Big changes since the last time I took my car here 3 years ago! They got my oil change done in about an hour total. I will use this Mazda dealer again after recieving great service.

I had a terrible experience with this dealer when trying to buy a new car (Mazda 323 Turbo Sedan) from them. Not only were they very slow in responding to my enquiries they were very rude and ghosted me, even though I had the funds (all cash) available and was ready to buy a new car from them. I do NOT recommend the sales person (Celica) or the sales manager (Chet) who behaved very unprofessionally. He said he would get back to me about my trade but never did despite several reminders. Great experience from booking to finish. Booking was simple and fast and there was a lot of availability. Actual appointment was quick and informative. Inspection of the vehicle included a video going over what was looked at and what condition the car was in. There were a couple of recommendations for servicing which they were able to take care of the same day and everything was reasonably priced.

55 minutes from arrival to driving off the lot after an oil change, oil filter, coolant flush and fill, tire rotation, inspection, wash and dry, meeting with service tech and payment. Pretty incredible.
I was helped by Pablo Rodriguez. He gave me a good test drive and I purchased a car from this dealership. Pablo was very helpful and responsive when I had questions. He is respectful and cares about his customers. Tyler Wise, the finance manager was very helpful and really worked hard at getting me the best rate. I purposely choose Santa Maria Mazda for maintenance of my car over my South Coast local dealer because of the professionalism, thoroughness and personal attention I receive from its employees. I especially appreciate the mechanic’s video showing and explaining what my car needs during the inspection or service. Every aspect including check-in, shuttle service, video, answers to questions and the performance of my car consistently give me the confidence that I brought my car to the right place.
Repair of a bad caliper was taken care of efficiently under warranty. However, I was not told (until I arrived to pick it up) that a rebuilt caliper was used as a replacement (to make the repair more timely). I was not told until the car was brought out to me to drive home. I was not given the option of choice. But, their service center and staff are excellent!

Terrible service department. They can't change the oil on your car. They do their free 27 point inspection with their eyes closed. They use a 150 pound torque wrench or just use the air gun until it stops when rotating tires. Stay away.

I love my Mazda and its continued care is of utmost importance. Santa Maria Mazda has always been professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I love receiving a detailed video of all repairs, plus a detailed report on potential future concerns. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I will continue to use Santa Maria Mazda for all future maintenance and repairs.
Great service. Clean, efficient, professional. I love the video depicting what was done to my car. What a great idea. Dropped off at home then picked up later to obtain my car. They even rubbed out some scratches on the tailgate.

Because there is no longer a dealership in San Luis Obispo, I had to drive all the way to Santa Maria to take care of a recall and a temperature guage issue. So it was an hour one way. I had a hard time identifying the Mazda Service entrance from the shared Nissan entrance. I was quoted a possible $600 repair fee for the guage issue which seemed pretty exorbitant.
