Was a simple recall fix for my car but staff was flexible (I arrived early and they started working my car early), very courteous and helpful and would recommend them. They even provided a quick video at the end of the service showing that they checked my vehicle throughout and topped off my fluids!

The service was great but your lobby choice of tv (Fox News) was too much. Recommend a more neutral channel that serves all guests

Michael at Mazda recorded a video of the work he did AND I was loaned a car while Michael worked on my vehicle. Pablo who sold me the car is amazing. He went above and beyond for me. It takes alot to impress me. Mazda of Santa Maria definitely did. I’ve had a great experience As long as I get my loaner car while they work on my vehicle and I get a video summary. I will continue to go back. 10/10 recommend. I love my convertible! One thing. There is a girl there that answered the phone on speaker phone. That is so Tacky. That needs to change.

Just moved to Cali and bought a used 2015 Mazda that mostly seemed to be a reliable purchase however, owner said it sat a few years so we knew there was dry rotting rubber parts etc. Typically I don’t take my car to the dealership service center as the prices tend to be way more expensive but I was on a time crunch and wanted things done right so I didn’t have to worry on the road. The Mazda service center was tasked with many repairs and to my surprise had everything on hand. They were able to complete everything and get my car back to me by my deadline. They sent videos of the inspection and the repairs done which I thought was really neat. In my head I had a budget which I never shared and they stayed within that budget. For once I found dealership service prices to be reasonable. Very happy with Mazda service center in Santa Maria!

I have nothing but great things to say about Mazda of Santa Maria. Paul and Pablo in sales were excellent and went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle as well as answer questions and provide assistance for service appointments, etc. The Mazda service department is top-notch. Their service advisors are extremely polite and courteous. Can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience there and would highly recommend them for anyone interested in a Mazda.

I had a very positive experience with Santa Maria Mazda. I love how they took a video of my car and sent it to me by text.The service reps are very friendly and upfront about pricing.Big changes since the last time I took my car here 3 years ago! They got my oil change done in about an hour total. I will use this Mazda dealer again after recieving great service.

The best dealership in a 100-mile radius always goes the extra mile to make one feel seen and understood and shares accountable videos of what precisely the mechanic is working on for full transparency.

Great experience from booking to finish. Booking was simple and fast and there was a lot of availability. Actual appointment was quick and informative. Inspection of the vehicle included a video going over what was looked at and what condition the car was in. There were a couple of recommendations for servicing which they were able to take care of the same day and everything was reasonably priced.
